Floral with Blue Butterfly Button Hanky Kit

This kit will make a hanky quilted postcard similar to Victoria on Page 91 in the book. Kit includes a 4" x 6" background fabric with blue and pink flowers, a vintage hanky corner with lush crochet trim, and a white-on-white embroidered hanky. The hanky on top has dimensional embroidery. Embellishments include a dark blue grosgrain ribbon for the edges, and a ceramic blue butterfly button. When making this kit, remember to pull the hankies up high enough on the postcard to allow for the 3/8" ribbon along the bottom edge. See Technique #5 in the book for tips on making quilted postcards from vintage hankies. This quilted postcard would make a lovely Birthday or Thank-you card.
